CardCloud Terms of Service
Updated: June 30, 2026
Our platform lets you search, browse, and discover products and events offered by independent partner stores across Canada. We do not own, create, or control the items or events listed by partners, and we are not a seller or event organizer.
You agree to use the platform legally and respectfully. You will not attempt to interfere with our systems, misuse our data, or provide false information when interacting with us or partner stores.
All product and event information—including pricing, availability, descriptions, and images—is provided by partner stores. We do not guarantee its accuracy. Any purchase, reservation, or dispute is strictly between you and the partner store, and provincial consumer‑protection laws apply to that relationship.
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error‑free listings, or the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of any product or event offered by partner stores.
We handle your personal information according to our Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and relevant provincial laws. Partner stores may collect their own information when you interact with them; their policies apply to those interactions.
All trademarks, logos, and content on the platform belong to us or our partners. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, we are not responsible for:
issues with products or events offered by partner stores,
losses caused by inaccurate or outdated listings, or
damages resulting from your use of the platform.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the platform is to stop using it. This limitation does not replace rights you may have under provincial consumer‑protection laws.
Our platform allows your business to list products and events so customers can discover them. We provide search, discovery, and referral tools only. We are not a seller, reseller, distributor, or event organizer.
Provide accurate, up‑to‑date information about your products, events, pricing, availability, and policies.
Ensure all listings comply with Canadian laws, including consumer‑protection, advertising, privacy, and product‑safety requirements.
Fulfill all purchases, reservations, and customer service obligations arising from your listings.
Maintain any required licenses, permits, or insurance for the products or events you offer.
You grant us permission to display your listings, images, logos, and descriptions on the platform. You confirm you have the rights to use and share this content. You may not use our trademarks or branding without written permission.
All transactions, warranties, returns, refunds, and disputes are strictly between you and the customer. You are responsible for meeting all obligations under applicable provincial consumer‑protection laws, including Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act where relevant.
We handle user data according to our Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian privacy laws, including PIPEDA and relevant provincial legislation. You agree to handle any customer information you receive through the platform in compliance with these laws and your own published privacy practices.
We provide the platform “as is” and may modify or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee traffic, sales, visibility, uptime, or listing performance. We may remove or suspend listings that violate our policies or applicable laws.
If applicable, you agree to pay any fees described in your partner agreement or onboarding materials. Fee structures may change, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, we are not liable for:
issues arising from your products, events, or customer interactions,
losses caused by inaccurate or incomplete listings, or
damages related to your use of the platform.
This limitation does not replace rights that cannot be waived under provincial law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
