Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped by the individual store that you ordered from. If you ordered from us, we ship within 1-3 days of the successful payment. Regular shipping does not include insurance, and we are not responsible or liable for lost packages or damaged contents. Regular shipping is through Canada Post non-parcel letter mail. The option for expedited shipping includes tracking and is shipped in parcel packaging (bubble mailer for small orders; wrapped cardboard box for orders exceeding bubble mailer capacity).
Return Policy
You may return new, unopened, and undamaged items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or credit to your account. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will reimburse your return shipping.
Note: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on single cards or used video games unless the return is due to an error on our part. If there is a discrepancy in condition, please contact us to address your concern.

We do not sell, give or trade data away to companies not directly affiliated with us. We reserve the right to provide data to comply with a police investigation or legal inquiry.
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of these Terms, in this case you may not use the website in any capacity, and may result in immediate termination of your account.
Your account will stay signed in, it is your responsibility to log out after your session if you wish to be logged out on that device. You are responsible for choosing and safeguarding a strong password and you must notify us immediately when you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through winventory.ca ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase, including, but not limited to, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information. You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.
By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, or error(s) in your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected. We will not be held responsible or liable for any failure for the Purchase to complete, or any resulting loss or damages to you.
Order Cancellation / Changes
The price paid for singles, games, or products will not change once a customer has successfully paid for an order, regardless of any increase in market price following the sale.
Exceptions: On the rare occasion that there is a system glitch or an occurrence that is out of our control which changes the price of an item online, we reserve all rights to offer a full refund for the original order or the item in question.
winventory.ca may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes to the quantity and price of certain items may be altered or changed at any time. winventory.ca is not responsible for errors in inventory or price as represented on our site.
Pre-Order Policy
All orders containing pre-order items (singles and product to be shipped upon a later release date) are charged upon checkout. The initial price paid and charged will remain as such regardless of any increases or decreases in price prior to the release date. No returns or refunds are accepted for pre- orders that have already been charged.

What information do we collect? How do we use it?
When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, billing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. Your credit card number and expiration date are not retained by Winventory; they are collected solely for the purpose of being passed to our payment processing company.
We use a Secure Server for collecting personal and credit card information. The secure server layer (SSL) encrypts all of the information you enter before it is transmitted over the Internet and sent to us, sensitive data is encrypted an additional time. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access, and any data deemed sensitive is encrypted an additional time in the database.
Commercial Use
You may not use this website or its content for commercial use, other than to sell inventory directly through it. Visit winventory.ca/sell to learn about selling with us.
